Cheryl Corcoran,Senior Vice President, Product Development
|  | Mrs. Corcoran joined the MBS team in 2000 as a Development Coordinator. Her previous experience included working with mortgage origination/closing software for several years at Dynatek. Cheryl was promoted to the MBS management team in March 2003 while leading the MBS Client Services department. Cheryl’s enjoyment of and leadership in software testing and development soon moved her from Client Services to the Development team for Quality Assurance. Early in 2008, Cheryl was promoted to Senior Vice President of Product Development. Cheryl was instrumental in the launch of MBS’ newest product, ProClose Platinum.
Originally from Center Line, Michigan, Cheryl now lives in Springfield, Virginia with her husband, their three very active children and yellow Labrador. | Christine Kirby, CEO & President
|  | Christine Kirby is the president and CEO of MBS-ProClose. As CEO, Christine drives overall strategy, corporate vision and new product development. Most recently, she has been leading the development of ProClose Platinum. By offering critical components of e-commerce infrastructure, she aims to prepare lenders for e-mortgages and an electronic future. In addition to innovation in technology, Christine fosters a corporate culture focused on excellent customer service and giving back to those communities Mortgage Banking Systems serves.
Prior to her current position, Christine served many managerial roles under the MBS-ProClose roof from forms production to customer service to sales and marketing. She has also experienced success as the Regional Sales and Training Director for a telecommunications firm.
Christine holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania. She currently serves on the Board of Governors for Mortgage Bankers Association' s Metropolitan Washington chapter (MBA-MW). | | Readmore | David Wickman, Compliance Attorney
|  | David serves as the Compliance Attorney for the MBS-ProClose. His duties include monitoring developments in federal, state and local laws and regulations, interpreting and implementing regulations as they apply to forms inventory, and developing forms specifications for form images and calculations in conformance with regulatory, agency and investor requirements. Prior to joining MBS-ProClose, he was a compliance associate with the West Coast Conference in San Bruno, CA.
David is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law, and has earned his B.A and teaching certificate from Providence College. | Debby Ballard, Investor Relations Specialist/Compliance

Debby joined MBS in September 1998 as a Customer Support Representative, after more than 15 years as a Mortgage Loan Processor for several mortgage lenders in the Washington, DC area. In 2006 Debby expanded her area of responsibility to become a member of the Investor Relations Team, and has been very involved with evaluating the variety of new niche products coming into the mortgage market, working to make them available for ProClose clients.
Debby graduated with a BA Degree in French Studies from Kirkland College, following a year of study in Paris with the Hamilton College Junior Year in France program. This experience inspired a love of travel, which is exceeded only by her passion for animals. She is a past volunteer with the Animal Welfare League of Arlington, VA and continues to support various local animal welfare organizations. | Dorothy Woolfolk, Senior Vice President, Forms Production

Dorothy began her career with MBS early 2001, after getting her lending industry start at Bank of America. Her understanding of mortgage forms and attention to detail steadily moved her up the ranks of the forms production department. She has held positions of Word-processor, Word-processing and Coding Quality Manager and is currently the Senior Vice President of Forms Production. Dorothy’s team is responsible for the accuracy of the background of each form, as well as the calculations and data. Her team is also responsible for the conversion of documents from PCL to PDF format needed for ProClose Platinum.
A graduate of Norfolk State University, Norfolk, VA, Dorothy Woolfolk has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business; emphasis on Management Information Systems. She resides in Stafford County, VA with her husband and two sons. | Jeanette Baeder, Senior Vice President, Client Services
|  | Jeanette came to MBS in 1996 as a seasoned loan closer from 6 years back. Serving MBS clients for 11 years, Jeanette has come to be a favorite amongst our veteran power-users. In 2004, Jeanette was promoted to Supervisor, and continues to exercise leadership in the compliance and investor program arena. Her main focus is to make certain that all of our Closers get immediate assistance in their daily operation, and that they have the loan programs they need, when they need them. Jeanette takes your questions, guides you through training, and is responsible for training new CSRs as we grow.
Jeanette lives in Arlington with her husband, Scott, and her son, Bryan. | Lori Mills, Senior Vice President, Secondary Marketing & Compliance
|  | Lori, an employee of MBS since 1998, started out in the forms creation department. Over the years Lori has led in many roles, including Document Quality Control Supervisor and Forms Manager. Starting in 2002, Lori added Investor Relations Coordinator to her responsibilities. She has worked with over 80 different Investors. In 2006, Lori served as our Operations Manager until in 2007 when she moved to Senior VP of Secondary Marketing and Compliance. Lori and her team direct MBS in Investor and Generic guidelines from federal and state regulations to forms and loan plan requirements. She also assists the Sales and Marketing team and her writing contributions can often be seen on our website and in communications such as the ProClose newsletter.
Lori Mills is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a BA degree in International Studies. While at Virginia Tech, she participated in Officer Candidate School. She is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. Lori Mills is a firm believer in the Vince Lombardi school of thought. Ms. Mills lives in Orange County, VA with her husband, two children and her dogs. |
