We realize this is a busy time, due to both the holidays and end of the month closings; however, if you want to get familiar with the forms and screens and do some testing over the next week, we recommend it. Please contact your client service representative to receive the upgrade. Depending on your set up and the extensive additions, it may require your tech support. If you want to wait to receive the updates, they will be available to download Tuesday January 5th, 2010. Please note, the old version of the HUD-1 will remain available with its current form ID AAHUA1. The new form IDs are AADIH1 (2010 HUD-1) and AADIG1 (GFE). If you are NOT quite ready for the upgrade and incorporating the new changes into your ProClose system, we can still provide help. At your convenience, watch our GFE tutorial and our HUD tutorial, created by our ProClose Client Support staff. Our GFE and HUD-1 tutorials are specific for completing and/or reviewing the forms in the ProClose system. White papers are also available which match the blanks on the forms with the new fields in ProClose: New GFE Form While we tested the forms and system extensively, we expect a few changes, fixes and upgrades over the next few weeks. Some LOS systems are still making changes too, so we are working fast to incorporate their changes as well. If you choose to see the components and forms now, we want your feedback! Through the use of ProClose Answers, you can even log a case about testing and see solutions to questions as they are added.
