This webinar will provide an overview of the new RESPA rules, the new GFE and HUD-1 and include a detailed training on completing the new HUD-1 within ProClose. A half an hour Q&A session to answer specific questions regarding both the RESPA rule and implementation changes in ProClose will close out the session. About the Trainers

Jeanette Baeder is the SVP of Client Services at MBS-ProClose. A closer herself for over 6 years, Jeanette joined MBS in 1996 serving MBS clients for over 11 years and has come to be a favorite amongst our veteran power-users. In 2004, Jeanette was promoted to Supervisor, and continues to exercise leadership in both the client care and the compliance arena. Her main focus is to make certain all closers get immediate assistance in their daily operation, and to provide the loan programs and client customization, when they need it. Jeanette answers your questions, guides you through training, and is responsible for overall client care and service.

Christopher Cruise is a nationally-known, Washington, DC-based mortgage expert specializing in RESPA with more than 20 years in origination and processing. An experienced and well-respected trainer, Chris taught classes for TrainingPro.com, LenderTraining.com, The Mortgage Training Institute and Allregs, among others. He has written several articles on the new RESPA changes, and been published in such places as The Wall Street Journal, The Scotsman Guide, RESPANews.com, Bankrate.com and The Washington Post.
