Are you RESPA READY for January 2010?

Being RESPA READY isn't just about understanding the new GFE and HUD-1, it's being able to enter the proper loan data into the right fields in your software for a clean and compliant loan origination and closing.

It's crunch time and mortgage software companies are doing final testing, integration support and client trainings. As a doc prep company, we've coordinated with your Loan Origination System (LOS) in research, integration updates, adding new fields (following MISMO 2.6) and testing. ProClose is ready with new fields, calculations and soon-to-be released new GFE/HUD-1 screens. While we are allowing manual entry for those users with an LOS not quite ready with their exports, the best and easiest scenario for your closers to get data cleanly into ProClose, is to enter the information in the correct fields on the front-end. It's important that your loan originators know the new changes and fields so the data moves seamlessly from the front-end into ProClose for your loan closing. Not ready yet?
