How it works:

1. Processor prints the processing documents or upfront disclosures using the seamless ProClose Gold-Rush interface.

2. Closer prints the closing package using the seamless ProClose Gold-Rush interface.

3. Processor/Closer sends the upfront disclosures to borrowers, and the closing package to the settlement agent via a secure FTP courier file.
